Beyond the Flare
For Women Navigating
Autoimmune Fatigue, Anxiety & Identity Loss
In June of 2022, I sat in my Nurse Practitioner’s office and heard the words, “You have Lupus.”
I remember asking, “What does that mean?”
Her response was simple and unsettling: “Some days you’ll be knocked on your butt. Let’s get you in with a rheumatologist.”
I went home and did what many people do—I googled it. Then I stopped.
I knew enough about the power of the mind to recognize that flooding myself with symptoms and worst-case scenarios would only create more fear. I didn’t want to spend my days hyper-focused on every ache or pain, or unconsciously giving the diagnosis more power than it deserved.
A few months later, my husband came with me to the rheumatologist appointment. It felt serious—like something we needed to face together. After questions, exams, and joint testing, the doctor looked at me and said, “You’re fine.”
Because I wasn’t showing signs yet. We were stunned. What now?
My ANA levels consistently tested positive.
I decided to seek clarity. I met with a new nurse practitioner and asked her to review my medical history and confirm the diagnosis.
After a careful evaluation and blood tests, she told me something that changed everything:
I had been misdiagnosed with lupus.
While I do live with Raynaud’s Syndrome, the lupus diagnosis that had been weighing on me for so long was not accurate.
That moment was both relieving and eye-opening.
It made me realize how many people are walking around carrying labels, fears, and stress in their bodies that deeply affect their nervous system and overall wellbeing.
That experience became part of what shaped the work I do today.
As a Master Transformational Healing Coach trained in NLP and a Master Hypnotherapist, I help women calm the stress–symptom cycle, reconnect with their bodies, and create a sense of safety and trust within themselves again.
My work is not about replacing medical care. It’s about addressing the stress, fear, and nervous system dysregulation that often accompanies chronic health challenges.
Because when the body feels safer, calmer, and supported, people often begin to experience something powerful:
Hope.
Today, my mission is to help women break free from the constant cycle of stress and flare-ups so they can restore their energy, confidence, and sense of control over their lives.
You deserve to feel safe in your body again.
Hi there, I’m Shelli
“Flares just happen randomly.”
There are patterns — you’ve just never been taught to see them.
“My body hates me.”
Your body isn’t betraying you.
It’s trying to protect you — it just doesn’t know how to turn the alarm off.
“Mindset won’t help my diagnosis.”
“You’re right — mindset alone won’t fix autoimmune symptoms.
But this work isn’t mindset.
It’s about calming the subconscious response — the part of your brain that controls inflammation, tension, and flare intensity.
“People with autoimmune conditions shouldn’t exercise.”
Movement is beneficial—when aligned with your energy levels. Gentle strength training, stretching, or walking can reduce inflammation and support long-term function.
“Managing symptoms is the best I can do”
When your stress system calms, your body has more capacity for healing.
Why this program is different
This program is NOT another quick fix
This program is NOT another protocol to “push through”
This program is NOT another diet-only solution
Most autoimmune approaches focus on managing symptoms or forcing the body to “fix itself.” This program begins deeper — with safety. My core philosophy is simple: when the nervous system feels calm and supported, the body can finally stop living in survival mode and begin to heal. Using nervous system regulation, NLP, and guided meditation, we gently interrupt the stress–flare cycle stored in the subconscious. This matters for autoimmune conditions because chronic stress, fear of flares, and hypervigilance can keep symptoms activated. Instead of pushing or overriding your body, this work teaches it that it’s safe again — creating space for more energy, fewer flares, and a restored sense of trust within yourself.
